These terms govern your use of the parlow.golf website and the Parlow mobile applications. By using Parlow, you agree to them.

The service

Parlow provides AI-assisted golf swing analysis, coaching guidance, and progress tracking. Analysis results are informational coaching aids — not medical advice, and not a guarantee of scoring improvement.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to create an account.

Subscriptions and billing

• Premium and Pro subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play, at the prices shown before purchase.
• Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. We send a reminder before any charge.
• You can cancel anytime from your store subscription settings; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the store's policies.

Your content

You keep all rights to your swing videos. You grant us only the licence needed to process them to provide the service to you. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle them.

Acceptable use & community content

Don't abuse the service: no reverse engineering, no automated scraping, no uploading content that isn't yours or that's unlawful. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour on the buddies feed: no harassment, hate, nudity, or spam. You can report any post and block any user from within the app; we review reports and may remove content or terminate accounts that break these rules.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
