Break80 (“we”, “us”) operates the break80.app website and the Break80 mobile applications. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

The short version

• Your swing videos are used to run your analysis and are visible only to you. We never post, share, or use your footage for marketing.
• You can delete your videos and your account at any time from the app settings.
• We don't sell personal data. Ever.

What we collect on this website

• Email address — only if you subscribe to the newsletter or contact support. Newsletter signups use double opt-in; unsubscribe links are in every email.
• Analytics — we use PostHog (EU-hosted) and the Meta Pixel to understand how the site is used and to measure our marketing. We respect your browser's Do Not Track setting: when it's enabled, no analytics load at all.

What the app collects

• Swing videos — processed to compute your metrics. Stored encrypted, associated with your account only.
• Swing metrics and progress data — the numbers the app computes for you (tempo, sway, scores, streaks).
• Account data — email and authentication identifiers.

Data retention and deletion

You can delete individual videos or your entire account (including all videos, metrics, and history) from the app settings. Deletion is effective immediately in the product and completed in our backups within 30 days.

Processors we use

We share data only with processors needed to run the service: hosting (Vercel), analytics (PostHog EU, Meta), and email (Resend). Each processes data under a data-processing agreement.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or erase your data. Write to privacy@break80.app and we'll handle it within 30 days.
